How long has the Sky Sports Living for Sport programme been running?
Sky and the Youth Sport Trust first formed a partnership in 2003 to offer the free Sky Sports Living for Sport initiative to secondary schools across the UK. Since then the programme has gone from strength to strength and to date we have worked with over a third of schools in the UK and helped benefit over 74,000 young people. The primary aim of the programme is to use sport stars and sport skills to help increase young people’s confidence, self-esteem, engagement in, and attitudes to, learning, and improve their health and wellbeing.
